What do you do for living? Do you work abroad? Do you run your own business? or Do you sell pancakes in London? Haha silly me!
I've been working in a call center industry for more than 4 years now. I'm sure you all know what a call center is, it's a customer service work where you take calls (inbound ) and sometimes you do call customers (outbound). Some call centers are very sophisticated that may include a sleeping room with pillows and blankets, a break room with television, an onsite gymnasium, a cozy cafeteria and others even provide a shuttle bus for their employees' transportation. Ain't it attractive? Wow-ing privileges! These are some benefits that you will enjoy if you will work as a Customer Service Officer. But mind you shifts can be long and you need to be available all the time from early in the morning until late in the evening to accommodate customers. It's not easy if you will rely on your own strength. Customers who have exacting standards are always there. Meeting your team's target is arduous but i can say it's manageable. Stress is always present. Thank GOD i am doing good.
There are times that i feel like i want something different, the daily routine at work makes me sick. No, I am not complaining i just want to be challenged. I want to try new things. I want to experience growth. I want to evolve. I'd love to be the best that God wants me to be.
Everyone desires to be on top and i'll definitely see you there :)
As God's promised in Deuteronomy 28:13
- The LORD will make you the head, not the tail. If you pay attention to the commands of the LORD your God that I give you this day and carefully follow them, you will always be at the top, never at the bottom.
I claim it in Jesus' name, Amen.
